About Fred

Fred is an executive coach and business consultant. He is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, he holds the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy  Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications through the  Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). 

Fred has a passion for assisting others with personal growth, leadership development, and business creation. With 10 years of experience as a proven leader in Human Resources, he has gained broad experience to serve his clients. Fred has trained 500+ managers across the country in leadership skills, staff accountability, and change leadership.

At Power Perspective Coaching, LLC, Fred has coached clients at various stages in their lives. He has assisted clients in their leadership journey, coached clients who were in the process of transitioning from the corporate world into consultants, and most recently he has consulted with clients launching their own businesses in healthcare, coaching and consulting.  

Fred holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master's of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
