The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI assessment measures where you tend to operate from day-to-day, as well as during times of stress.
By understanding your default energy levels, you can begin to develop strategies for making shifts for any given situation. The realizations that you'll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view yourself and your world.
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.
You’re probably familiar with personality tests like Myers Briggs and DiSC. These valuable tools can help you understand your strengths, embrace your weaknesses, and discover how you can work to your full potential. They typically support a “work with what you have” approach to adapting your behavior and pursuing personal and professional excellence.
The ELI, on the other hand, is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform who they are.
My training and experience as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) will help you identify how your perspectives in life—both when things are going well and when you’re under stress—either serve you or hold you back.

The Leadership Development System is based on 7 levels of leadership and 8 building blocks that enable powerful changes in you, those around you, and your entire organization. It begins with completing the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment.
The ELI forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System. You will progress through a debriefing and orientation process that enables you to plan your development roadmap. You’ll understand the concept of the different levels of energy and how they are related to your performance. You’ll then learn how to shift your energy to present yourself in a way that inspires greatness in yourself and others.
